The sixth annual Marilou and Don Jolly Memorial singing was held on Saturday before the fourth Sunday in July in the Grand Room of the Porter House at Old Poway Park. The session was called to order by Mary Linn Bergstrom leading 28b. Anitra Kaye offered an opening prayer, and was followed by Jerry Schreiber leading 122.

A motion was made and seconded to go into a business meeting. The following officers were elected or appointed: Chairman—Mary Linn Bergstrom; Vice Chairman—Anitra Kaye; Secretary—Jerry Schreiber; Chaplain—Norma Ruptier; Arranging Committee—Carla Smith; Resolutions Committee—Rick Russell and Jeff Gauthier.

Mary Linn Bergstrom and Anitra Kaye led song 62 as the closing song to conclude the session, and all who wished took the parting hand. Anitra Kaye offered the closing prayer, and the class was dismissed.
