The Pontotoc Winter Sacred Harp singing was held at the home of Chuck Howell and Ensley Howell on Tuesday, January 9, 2007, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Chuck Howell welcomed everyone and called the class to order by leading 63. Bro. Steve Nichols offered prayer.

The following officers were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Chuck Howell; Warren Steel—Secretary.

After everyone introduced themselves, the following leaders were called: George Easley 127, 288; Warren Steel 39t, 276; Dena Holley 171; Charlotte Hille 47b, 312b; Brenda Merritt 39b, 426t; Anne Steel 110, 475; Patricia Henry 119, 358; Janie Luther 45t, 61; Mildred Westmoreland 172; Virginia Dillard 68b; John Merritt 294, 278b; Curtis Gregory 162, 108t; Steve Nichols 425, 128; Chuck Howell 569b; Dena Holley 312t.

Following announcements, Warren Steel led 236. Chuck Howell dismissed the class with prayer. Refreshments were then served.
