The 1st session of the Flat Shoals Primitive Baptist Church singing was called to order by Jesse Roberts leading 47t. Louis Hughes offered the opening prayer. Jesse Roberts led 34b. John Plunkett then held an introductory lesson for the class using the following songs for instruction: 49t, 107, 295, 160t, 558.
