The 90th session of the Lamar and Pickens County Convention was held at Zion Church, north of Gordo, Alabama. Clarence McCool called the singing to order leading 36b. The morning prayer was offered by Glenn Keeton.

The class organized by electing or appointing the following officers: Chairperson—Amber Davis; Vice Chairman—Clarence McCool; Secretary/Treasurer—Lisa Geist; Arranging Committee—Wayne Baines.

Amber Davis led 224 and 58 (in memory of Lois Livingston, her grandmother). The memorial lesson was conducted by Richard Mauldin, who read the list of deceased and led 339 in memory of the following: Wilton Donaldson, Herby Bailey, Marie Guthrie, Cecil Wakefield, Mary Ballinger, John Hyde, Flarce Creel, Heath Jett, Helen Plunkett, Opal Tanner, and B.J. Harris.

Richard Mauldin read the names of the following sick and shut-ins: Milton Oliver, Pauline Oliver, Bud Oliver, Sammie Oliver, Amanda Denson, Dick Mauldin, Willodean Barton, Mary Gardner, W.D. McCool, Felton Denney, Josephine Denny, and Margaret Keeton. Richard Mauldin led 70t in their honor.

Elene Stovall honored the memory of Alonzo Malone leading 183. The memorial lesson was closed with prayer offered by Marlin Beasley.

LUNCH

The afternoon session was called to order by Amber Davis leading 112.
