The annual Sacred Harp singing was held on the second Sunday in June at Mount Vernon Primitive Baptist Church near Cullman, Alabama. David Roberson called the class to order by extending a welcome to everyone and then led song on page 36b. Harlie Moon offered the morning prayer.

Elder J.L. Hopper spoke of attending the singing when he was younger and how important it is to help and support these singings to keep the traditions alive for the future.

Announcements were made. David Roberson led song on page 46 as the closing song. Elder J.L. Hopper offered the closing prayer, and the class was dismissed.
