The one hundred-fourth session of the Bear Creek Sacred Harp Singing Convention met at Shady Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Winston County, Alabama on Saturday before the fourth Sunday in August.

The class was called to order by Kermit Adams leading song on page 43. Dawson Adams offered the morning prayer.

The class organized for the day with the following officers elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Kermit Adams; Vice Chairman—Travis Keeton; Secretary—Roma Rice; Arranging Committee—Chris Rice.
