The seventh annual Sacred Harp Singing in Oberlin, Ohio was held at Christ Episcopal Church on Saturday before the first Sunday in September. Charles Wells called the class to order at 10:00 a.m. leading 49t. Jane Wells offered the morning prayer.

Officers for the singing were: Chairman—Charles Wells; Arrangements—Joe Todd and Charles Wells; Secretaries—Beth Todd and Kay Huener.

The class resumed singing with Beth Huener leading 547 and 200. Jane Wells led the class in thanksgiving for the noon meal.
