The 11th annual Eugene Singing was held in the sanctuary of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, in Eugene, Oregon. Martha Sherwood called the class to order at 9:30 a.m. leading 34b. Tony Meyer offered the invocation.

A business meeting was held and chairman for the 12th annual Eugene All Day Singing will be Steve Helwig. The singing will be held July 25, 2009. The 2008 officers were announced as follows: Chairperson—Fran Ross; Secretary—Carolyn Gilkey; Treasurer—Dorothy Attneave; Arranging Committee—Martha Johnson; Memorial Lesson—Gary Plouff; Chaplain—Tony Meyer.

Fran Ross and Suzanne Denker led 504 for the following sick and shut-ins: Jean Marcotte, Julie Rogers, Juretta Nidever, Steve Crumdick, Jesse Toro, Stephanie Reed, Marlene Karabinus, Tom Helf, Ann Schilbach, and Darla Haskin. The memorial lesson was concluded.
