The 11th annual session of the Alabama Collegiate Singing was held at the Wesley Foundation Methodist Student Center on the campus of the University of Alabama. Tim Cook welcomed everyone and called the class to order by leading 49t. The morning prayer was offered by Henry Johnson.

Richard Mauldin spoke and led 143 in honor of the following sick and shut-ins: Ruth Wyers, Joyce Walton, Harrison Creel, Ann Ballard, Eugene Forbes, Clarence McCool, Peggy Bergman, and Ed Howton. The memorial lesson was closed with prayer offered by Elder J.L. Hopper.
