The sixteenth session of the Moon and Guthrie Memorial singing was called to order by Velton Chafin leading song on page 48b. The morning prayer was offered by Carmon Brothers. Velton Chafin led songs on pages 56t and 57.

The class organized and elected to retain the same officers as the previous year: Chairman—Velton Chafin; Vice Chairman—Vernice Calvert (not present due to illness); Secretary—Eldagene Roberson; Arranging Committee—Cecil Sanders.
