Minutes of Sacred Harp Singings

The Cullman County Sacred Harp Singing Convention was held at the Cullman County Courthouse on Saturday before the second Sunday in July. Only one day of singing was convened instead of the traditional two days. The class was called to order by Glenn Keeton leading 56t. The opening prayer was offered by Danny Creel. Glenn Keeton led 74b.

In a business meeting, the following officers and committees were elected or appointed to serve: Chairman—Tom Booth; Vice Chairman—Butch White; Secretary—Nicholas Thompson; Arranging—Carolyn Thompson.
