At the invitation of the Winfield Main Street, a group of singers, sponsored by the Joe Beasley Memorial Foundation, Inc., performed at the Pastime Theatre in Winfield, Alabama, on Saturday before the fourth Sunday in September.

The singing opened with David (Chug) Beasley, Sarah Beasley Smith, John Beasley, Marlin Beasley, Cora Beasley Sweatt, Alvin (Bunk) Beasley, Ann Beasley Ballard, and Becky Beasley Briggs leading 72b.
